The photographer can display any photograph covered by this contract and to generally promote the business in advertising, brochures, magazine articles, websites, sample albums etc.
We also provide personalized packages based on your budget. The final package price will not be negotiable.
If the client(s) should have to cancel a booking the following cancellation fees will become due immediately upon said cancellation:
The photographer is the only authorized and official photographer for your wedding day. A hot meal for the photographer (and assistant where applicable) must be provided for. Unless discussed with the photographer, should the wedding venue be further then 100km from Chennai, accommodation for the photographer (and assistant where applicable) will be provided at the clients cost. Travelling costs will be charged with locations further then 100km from Chennai. This cost is an additional cost to the client and is not reflected in the wedding packages or initial quote.
Any directions issued to clients, their guests or employees during a photographic shoot are deemed to be at said persons own risk. The photographer cannot be held responsible for any personal accidents during a photographic shoot.
Please allow up to 3 months for completion of your wedding album and videos. Where the album needs to be couriered to the client, the cost of such will be charges to the client as an extra cost. Additional copies can be made on extra cost.
